The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 with S Pen is yet to be announced but thanks to Androidheadlines we can have a look at it from every angle in the new images.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 renders
Earlier we have seen some images of the Samsung high-end tablet, the Galaxy Tab S6. Now we can now also have a few leaked official press images thanks to Android Headlines. The pictures let us have an opportunity to have a look at the dual camera and the S-Pen placeholder at the back.
Samsung last year launched the Galaxy Tab S4 as a true multi-tasker that can be productive anywhere, anytime. However, the said tablet could not fully live up to expectations. The successor, which would not be called Tab S5 but Tab S6, can hopefully live up to expectations with its high-end performance.
As you can see in the images above and below there is a slot under the double camera in which the S Pen is concealed. This is probably a magnetic notch to lock in the stylus. AKG is also present again. This technique will optimize the supposedly 4 stereo speakers.
The sad part is that there is no headphone jack so you have to rely on the Bluetooth headphones. That’s an irony because it’s not a small device like a phone but a big tablet. Samsung could have made space for headphone jake anywhere. The box could also have an adapter plug with which you can still connect the wired headphones to the tablet.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 had no fingerprint scanner. It had face recognition together with an iris scanner. There is also no fingerprint scanner on these images of the Tab S6. The presence of an iris scanner does not seem likely if we look at the number of sensors. This could mean that it is processed under the screen or in the power button.
The device is rumored to have a 10.5-inch screen, a Snapdragon 855 processor, along with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. Possibly the WiFi version of this tablet in terms of price at the same level as its predecessor, around $699. The variant with LTE will then be $100 to $150 more expensive.
