Xiaomi’s new Sub-brand CC would unveil its first series of phones next month: the Xiaomi Mi CC9 and the Xiaomi Mi CC9e. The phones will come with the new Snapdragon 730 Processor and triple camera setup on the back.
Xiaomi Mi CC9
Recently it became known that Xiaomi is launching a new brand Mi CC which aimed to attract younger people. Just as Honor is known as the Huawei youth brand, Xiaomi also works with a separate team of people on Mi CC. The new brand is expected to unveil its first devices on July 2, and are already fully teased by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun on Chinese social media site Weibo .
In the video below, you can see the Xiaomi Mi CC9 in its Dark Blue Planet color. You can see in the teaser that Xiaomi strongly emphasizes on the design of the back of the phone. We see a shiny S-shape on the case, and the CEO of Xiaomi says a lot of work has been done on the design of the phone, even more than on the design of the Mi9 flagship.
The Xiaomi Mi CC9e will come with a 6.39 inch AMOLED screen with a water drop notch and an on-screen fingerprint scanner. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 710 processor which is tailormade for midrange phones. The phone will have three cameras on the back. The first is the 48 MP main camera, which will feature the well-known Sony IMX586 sensor. The other two lenses will of a wide angle and telephoto variety.
Earlier images of the above white color leaked, which is strongly reminiscent of the Prism White color of the Samsung Galaxy S10 series. There would also be a premium Mi CC9 variant en route.
In the memory and storage department, the phone will have three variants one with 6GB RAM + 64GB Storage Priced at CNY 1,599 (US $230), 6GB RAM + 128GB Storage priced at CNY 1,899 (roughly US $275), 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage priced at CNY 2,199 (roughly US $320).
